It's actually pretty simple. Just a guy that enjoys amazing wine, food and other adult beverages.

To be honest, I didn't start getting into wine until 2012 when I bought a Groupon for a bottle of wine and a couple of appetizers at a local fancy hotel in Monterey, CA. I thought, why not give it a try. I had a bottle of Cab from a winery that no longer exists but I was hooked, but funny enough, only one that one bottle. Spent the next year looking for that bottle to enjoy again before I really learned about wine tasting and how big the world of wine really is.

Fast forward and I truly enjoy exploring the world of wine but I am by no means an expert. I just enjoy the simple side of it. I've never gotten into the crazy discerptions of wine, nor do I really want to at this point.

So, this site is a chronicle of my journey through the world of wine and other great things like food, coffee, whyskey...you get the idea.
